AIDS is present in bodily fluids (mainly blood, semen, vaginal and cervical secretion) and can be transmitted via compromised skin surfaces, blood, vertically(mother--->baby), or via mucosal surfaces. There are scantly little amount of HIV present in saliva and urine, so the chance of having contracted HIV via unprotected oral sex is small, but it can happen, especially when there's actively bleeding gum (e.g. gingivitis) and compromised surface (such as skin lesion on penis).

Hence condoms should always be used in sexual activities when the exchange / getting in touch of bodily fluid is unavoidable.
