除左蛀牙等顯著牙痛外﹐好多時痛症都係搵唔到原因。呢方面坊間有好多中藥食療藥方供參考。

不過建議先睇睇牙醫以排除嚴重口腔疾病先﹐尤其係長期冇做牙醫check up者。
