如果被診斷出癬﹐首要係治療﹐之後要預防復發

如果你醫生開o左Triderm Cream俾你就要按醫生指示搽。其實你主要原因相信係而家香港天氣熱而你又比較大汗--->兩者加起來就容易生癬。

Triderm Cream係有類固醇﹐但一般唔會引起敏感(其功用就係抗皮膚敏感)﹐但如果真係有問題就一定要去返開藥醫生度問。

建議你保持身體乾爽﹐避免勁出汗情況(如果有則需要沖涼)+用爽身粉+勤D沖涼+穿棉質衣服同內褲則可以避免。如果繼續有問題則需要睇醫生(因為可能牽涉血糖/內分泌問題)
