先天性VSD好多會係12歲前自己「埋口」但有D仍需要動手術﹐又或因繼而出現肺動脈高血壓而要做手術﹐不過都係12歲前o既事。你而家21歲又有做身體檢查過冇問題唔需要擔心(要擔心係未埋口D小朋友出現心衰竭情況--->緊急手術)。至於你有冇新/其他心臟病﹐就咁好難答你(要睇過你心電圖+ECHO+EST 等reports先知)

不過已經埋口VSD病人絕少因為之前有過VSD而令心臟出問題﹐除非有其他併發情況(如心衰竭/肺動脈高血壓)--->呢D case亦會有心臟專科醫生跟開

當我係好緊張ge 時候個心會跳得好快同埋會夾雜少少心律不正--->
可以係完全正常(我估亦都係)亦可以有問題﹐真係要睇睇醫生好。因為網上所能提供俾你同我資料真係好有限。
