如果真係要搵原因需要照胃鏡﹐不過如果係公立醫院照條隊要等好耐﹐私家則幾千蚊到一萬一次左右--->到頭來如果唔係搵到有病則生活壓力大為胃痛胃唔舒服根源(要改善亦要係壓力方面著手)。

另外則需要注意飲食。公仔麵高脂高鈉低營養唔好多食。其他則希望做做H.Pylori(螺旋菌)測試去rule out螺旋菌感染先。
