5-year survival rate (5YSR) =「5年存活率」係統計學上用字﹐絕對唔代表病人只有5年命。

「5年存活率」一般用作統計疾病長遠黎講對病人同醫療系統影響。即被診斷患病5年後﹐縱然接受相關療法(藥物/手術)病人生存率為何。

例如病人X 5YSR 係1%﹐病人Y 5YSR 係99%﹐醫療資源(政府/基金會/NHS撥款等)則會用係治療病人Y多於病人X﹐但科研方面則可能覺得病人X值得研究--->科研撥款可以從反方向走。

我係內科人而你所問係外科問題﹐但我可以用我外科知識答你: 應該唔可以用微創(<----不過唔排除有醫生/醫院用微創)。要用lapratomy(開腹手術)切除。另外我係做政府醫院所以唔太清楚價錢--->所以答
