(Sorry can't type Chinese still...)

胃氣 is a really non-specific symptom that has a million underlying causes. In practice 胃氣 is caused not really by the food you eat, and HOW you eat the food (if you have ingested along with food a lot of air during swallowing... without you noticing). The air ingested cannot be absorbed by your body so has to come out through either your mouth (胃氣) or anus (放屁)

Remedy: try eating slowly and regularly, avoid very small and very large meals, avoid irregular eating intervals (have your breakfast, lunch, tea, dinner eaten at regular intervals)... by doing all these you can reduce the chance of gas ingestion (which by itself a harmless phenomenon, but can cause less frequent 胃氣 and 放屁)

The other factor is the food... some food can produce a lot of gas leading to 胃氣 (like Coca-cola, Pepsi, 7-Up... that contains loads of CO2; also some baked bread and pastries), so, cut them all out if you feel bloated after eating...

It is also normal to have 胃氣 post-infection, as the bacterial flora in your stomach is changed and some new bacteria can produce gas... this condition should resolve within a week after the infection.

If your condition persists, go talk to your doctor, and make a note of food eaten, your eating frequency and quantity.

Hope this helps. :-)
