手震好多時受環境同情緒影響(如焦慮､緊張､冷)﹐另外﹐咖啡､茶､可樂等飲品亦可以引起。

如果冇以上因素﹐要知道...
之前有冇頭部/頸部意外?
有冇查過內分泌同酵素(如甲狀腺､肝功能)?
有冇做過腦掃描?
