血壓係可以因為好多野而影響到﹐有人亦會有「白袍高血壓」﹐即見到醫院/醫生會緊張-->血壓自然會高﹐所以量血壓唔會用單一測量/同一測量環境o黎斷定話你血壓高定低(最準係掛個血壓計係身度作24小時量度)

驗血﹕除非你係驗血糖同膽固醇﹐如果唔係飽肚定空腹驗唔會影響到。不過詳細情況要跟你醫生指示去做﹐可能有D內分泌 special test真係要你空腹去驗。

CBC Glucose, fasting--->驗糖尿病
LFT Lipid profile(fasting)--->驗肝+膽固醇等油脂
RFT --->驗腎功能
TFT(TSH+FT4 if TSH abnormal)-->驗甲狀腺功能
