如果直系家屬冇鼻咽癌歷史﹐真係唔需要太過擔心。19歲有鼻咽癌真係極度罕見。

而且鼻咽癌除o左無故流鼻血外, 係伴有夜晚盜汗 + 體重減輕等情況。如果你冇突然體重減輕(非節食導致)﹐應該冇事。如果你醫生懷疑你會同你照鼻鏡。
