直覺上有可能係PID(pelvic inflammatory disease)﹐或者如你之前醫生所講﹐係腸道問題(如IBS, UC/CD等)甚至係腎臟/膀胱等泌尿系統問題﹐以至係心理問題....都有可能引起疼痛。

建議再去醫生度做個超音波/拎尿液/陰道分泌物去化驗。必要時有匙孔內窺鏡睇睇係唔係肚內有發炎(主要係PID引起)+藥物治療。
