一般人唔會對咖啡過敏﹐對其active ingredient(咖啡因)則可能產生藥物倚賴(dependency)

一般黎講攝取太多咖啡因會有焦慮､手震､心悸､心跳加速等情況﹐而你所講depression則應該唔關咖啡因事﹐可以係其他問題

好多人一cut down on coffee就立刻有問題(嚴重頭痛､沒精打采)--->對咖啡因有倚賴性﹐治療方法係慢慢cut down on coffee consumption...
