Haha... thanks for your suggestion...

My moving away from the UK was partly my own decision... to start fresh in the US, who (as from what I know) promises better promotion and value-for-money in the long run.

The UK has its problem that too many MRCP/MRCS qualified doctors landed themselves without a consultancy job. Most of the so called high-street medical centres are run by consultants who are on average 20-40 years into the practice, and has a lot of reputation they bring into their practices. Without all these (as in my case) I can hardly survive.

I am not completely shut from working opportunities in the UK but I just don't see my future in here... so, as I decided, leave and settle abroad as early as I can... :-P tough call but I have to be decisive and make the cut as clean and crisp as possible!
