排除心理因素引致胃部肌肉抽筋或不適(如生活節奏緊張､焦慮､食無定時等等可以引致胃痛問題)﹐後生仔有急性胃痛可能係peptic ulcer disease(PUD)或胃酸反流(GORD)...

照你情況如果服用一般胃藥無效﹐醫生應該安排你驗螺旋菌+照胃鏡搵出確實原因。

醫生有冇安排你復診? 不過如果輪政府條隊都頗為長下。可否睇私家醫生/醫院。
