包莖=勃起後龜頭被部份/全部包皮覆蓋而不能完全露出﹐青春期前可以出現但青春期後(你年紀)應該唔會出現﹐有就可能需要要動手術

你18歲已經算成年﹐做手術唔需要家人consent(同意)﹐有你consent就可以了。

醫生會詳細解釋俾你聽手術前後有乜分別﹐風險同手術後傷口護理等問題﹐然後問你有冇任何疑問再決定做唔做﹐所以唔需要擔心。醫生一定要睇﹐放心佢地好專業唔會笑你(你亦可以說明只揀男醫生睇你)

而家問題反而係排期﹐你呢D算係elective surgery一般公立會排好後好後﹐私家可能幾貴。家計會都有得做但詳細手續係點我唔係香港唔清楚﹐收費好似係唔過$5000(你都係打電話/上網問清楚好)
