如果冇性交過﹐基本上口同陰道分屬唔同系統就唔會有事<----呢度我係假設口部冇被其他病源體(如泡疹病毒)感染。不過如果有/曾經有過其他性行為(如口交後陰道交/肛交or vice versa)則會可能有交叉感染情況出現。會被感染

為保安全﹐應該陪同你女友去睇醫生﹐因為陰道炎第一需要確診﹐第二要搵出病源﹐確定係性病定其他問題(非性病﹐一如真菌增生)並確保你冇被感染﹐第三則要對症下藥根治。

其他則希望你有安全性行為﹐保持固定性伴侶+正確使用安全套。
