你好。肺泡係有潛在爆破危險(變成肺穿窿﹐嚴重時要入醫院「放氣」)。好多人有肺泡都唔知﹐亦如常做劇烈運動/跳傘/笨豬跳/搭飛機一樣冇事。

所有胸腔手術均有一定風險(如對麻醉藥過敏﹐血栓塞﹐不小心刺破其他重要器官如氣管甚至心臟等)又難保唔會再發(有D病人有唔止一個肺泡﹐亦都唔係個個肺泡都operate到)﹐所以醫生會係徵詢胸肺專科意見後再決定同唔同你做手術。所以﹐選擇手術定還是“leave it alone”係兩害取其利也。

如果經過兩個醫生獨立意見後都係唔做好過做﹐我覺得應該相信佢地。話晒佢地年中睇唔少症經驗老到。
