其實我冇你腳甲照片所以好難同你判斷點樣做。

我建議你去診所睇睇。因為傷口搞唔好﹐後果可以好嚴重。我就曾經見過個糖尿病人只係俾針拮一下腳趾﹐最後發炎化膿後要整隻腳趾切除。

你去診所有另一個好處係醫生/姑娘會同你換dressing/教你點樣自己換。香港睇呢類症係咩價錢我就唔清楚了﹐亦好視乎需唔需要做拔甲手術定就咁換dressing+/-抗生素+抗發炎藥。

再講﹐如果真係要拔甲﹐手術亦有一定風險(如腳甲再不重生)+手術後痛楚。

睇醫生先﹐唔好自己亂用藥。Good luck!
