如果你醫生話係urticaria﹐一般可以用預防方法(唔去接觸/暴露於致敏原)同用抗過敏藥/藥膏﹐亦有一D人唔理佢....幾個鐘到幾日後會自然消散。

西藥能做到既係預防/發病時控制住痕癢出癩等症狀(係有D「頭痛醫頭」)。如果你想試試中藥等其他modalities亦可(我唔係中醫唔方便comment...)。Good luck!
