你好﹐眼白爆微絲血管係有好多成因。又有分痛同唔痛既紅眼﹐亦關乎眼白內部定外部出問題﹐有時可以係好innocent(一如搬動重物/持續打噴嚏令顱內壓驟然昇高)﹐亦可以好嚴重(如急性青光眼)。所以如果你眼白有紅根+痛楚情況一定要儘快求醫。如果係innocent red eye...可以合眼讓眼部休息﹐多數會係幾個鐘頭後自行退卻。 如果情況持續/冇減退跡象亦需要求醫。Good luck!
