會。因為精液同前列腺分泌液均含有蛋白質。會直接影響測試結果。所以我打頭第一句就問有關於(1)事前你有冇射精或(2)試紙有否被污染: 因為兩個事旦一個原因都可以有false positive result

我地guideline話口水好少好少機會傳染乙肝(近乎0)﹐但非洲地區則有報告話當地兒童經親密接觸亦可以傳播乙肝。

如果想保障其他人最緊要係(1)為非帶菌者打乙肝預防疫苗﹐同(2)避免體液接觸(血液､精液､陰道分泌物､傷口直接接觸)
