早期胃癌﹐如非照胃鏡診斷可以係毫無症狀。以往診斷會靠左邊鎖骨淋巴核腫脹作warning sign (Troisier's sign)但而家醫學進步﹐所有診斷都可以靠胃鏡/CT等唔同方法。


胃癌患者﹐一如其他癌症患者﹐都需要緊遵醫生指示。需要留意身體體重､營養､精神等多方面。因為早期胃癌多用手術切除﹐再用導管對身體輸入營養液。我唔係胃癌方面專家但可以話你聽﹐一般癌症如果發覺得早+冇癌細胞轉移﹐一般康復機會率(5年存活率)會好高。
