耶菜花大多經過做愛傳染﹐但亦可以經公用個人物品如未經徹底洗淨毛巾､內衣褲､床單等､泳褲等傳染。所以個人物品不要共用。

有時白點可以係油脂粒亦可以係其他病變。不過耶菜花係病毒引起﹐而且有一定形狀同分佈(一如一顆小小耶菜花﹐因而得名)。如果有疑問香港所有註冊醫生都可以同你醫治(如做冷凍､電割)。不過就一定要睇醫生先。
