(1)tunica albuginea tear屬於急症﹐陰莖會有損傷甚至折斷﹐會紅腫(充血)甚至變黑+劇痛﹐一定要立刻搵泌尿外科醫生補救。

(2)會﹐但前列腺本身已經有十分好o既血液供應﹐而係射精前最為充血。
