睡眠時間唔穩定、沒精打采: 精神緊張以至抑鬱症都可以引起。

試試臨訓前4-6個小時做D輕量運動半小時(唔好臨訓前先運動﹐反為會引致失眠)﹐因為有時運動後會好訓D。

如果真係有問題要請教醫生求助。因為如果有精神緊張/抑鬱症係可以直接影響你performance.

食物方面﹐主要要有均衡營養(尤其注意均衡維他命攝取﹐多食蔬果)。中醫會有食療介紹但我唔係中醫唔方便作出評論。
