Hi Jon, the best place to ask for advice is either your GP or the NHS website. They have informative, plain-English brochures pertaining to immunisation & foreign travel.

As for Bulgaria and Thailand are concerned I would recommend Hep-A and Hep-B vaccination if not already previously immunised. Also, vaccination against yellow fever, typhoid, tetanus, and prophylaxis (pre-exposure measures) against malaria +/- dengue fever (non-medical measures e.g. mosquito repellents and long-sleeved clothing) are recommended (esp. for Thailand & the tropics). Check with your GP as he/she would have the most updated info.
