嗯﹐如果作息唔定時會對免疫系統構成壓力。濕疹亦同免疫系統有關所以可能會引起濕疹。如果作息定時後濕疹消退﹐就可能同作息有關。醫學上仲未搵到可靠證據但亦不能完全否定兩者關係。

坊間D所謂腿印/美白藥膏好多時有副作用。好耐之前有一批大陸美白藥膏被驗出含有水銀﹐對人體有害。如果覺得有需要消印正確做法係去問問皮膚科醫生意見。不過好多時好貴﹐如果唔係事必要你要三思。
