腎小球炎只能用抽取細胞方法用組織學o黎鑒定。你所講痛楚係一個病徵﹐唔能夠用組織學黎區分﹐兩者要分開o黎講。

一般泌尿系統感染/結石等如果牽涉到腎臟都會有痛楚。所以單憑「痛楚」係難以區分你到底乜事/關唔關腎臟事(可能係鄰近器官/淋巴出問題/亦可以係心理作用)。你要相信醫生診斷。:-)
