But the title "technician" sounds weird for a university graduate(I will try M.Phil/Phd) .....

I thought it is like a biochemist working in a hospital(scientific officer) who maily focuses on the theory of diseases rather than the procedures to cure a patient , which is different from ur answer :(

The job nature is acceptable to me(ya investigating the faeces....-_-) , but I am not expected to work as a technician :(
