Panadol其實如果用得適當係好有效止痛藥。

但過量服用會對肝臟有害(尤其係D肝功能不健全者如酗酒人士､慢性肝炎患者)﹐會導致急性肝衰竭。呢邊藥房有政府規定一次唔可以賣多過約12粒就係防止人買過量Panadol返屋企服用﹐怕有危險。
