嗯﹐你應該有腎科醫生跟進。

你個症狀英文叫IgA nephropathy﹐係包含好多其他相類似症狀。當中包括Henoch-Schonlein Purpura﹐通常由感染引起自體免疫問題﹐症狀有腳部同臀部會起紅點+關節痛+腹痛/腹瀉。

如果你有腎臟科醫生跟進就要聽醫生話。坐姿不正確可以引起脊骨問題﹐可以引發腰痛。但係唔係主因卻有待商榷。
