I also think tha some quit and than come back with their dd to recompete or watch a pageant or Help out at one.

whatever the reason may be too come back and they are not caught up with the current girls or girls they seen years back.

A child you seen at a pageant when they were 2,3,4 ,5,6 can be a different child 5 yrs later.

I was told by a lady just the other day say "oh there is no way that child won that" I said why? She said she can"t model. I said when have you seen that child last on stage? She said oh 2 years ago.lolol
My god a child can get better in a months time.
