The plastic photo sleeves or plastic photo protectors that often leave so many pageant moms (or dads) up in arms when needed or where to get are actually called "Toploaders"? They come in many sizes including the most popular for pageants - 8.5 x 11" and the 8 x 10". Toploaders typed into your search engine should give you several places that you may be able to purchase them through, if you can do the bulk purchasing. TC Bulk is one of those places:
