Subject: Rotexes

Ricardo u said in an E-Mail that you know some Rotexes that cant go on the first Euro Tour. Do you have their Email addresses? Or have you already Emailed them to see if they are interested in going on this one? I think we will still have to get one Rotarian. I am going to message or maybe phone with the two Rotariany Herr und Frau Thiry th@ took us on the German Tour. I dont think our chances our great in them saying yes because first we need to get these Email addresses from Muhler. Thatll hopefully increase our numbers then ill contact the Thirys. My host Mum will then ring Muhler and ask if its okay. Can we get Rotary approval to do it. My district is 1840 so I am not sure I think Muhler is chairman only for my district or Bundesland??? Ill see if my host Mum knows the answer to that one as well. If thats the case everyone find out who their chairman is.

I think the money value is really OUR problem, so we need to search for the best option possible. (Im going next week with my host mum to another Travel Agency the one where my third (emergency) mum works. What I mean is that i dont think that is what will concern Rotary its just whether its organised and we are supervised by Rotary and we have consent from our real parents and so forth.
