Yes we are going to make the tour as similiar as we can to the first ET. Im phoning Ina tonight to get her to fax the information because she still hasnt written back but i guess she doesnt have it. Jan Stimberg must but she should have his contact details. If not we will have to send more Emails to Mr Stimberg asking him for the Temien for the first Euro Tour (where exactly we are going and staying). So i really dont think there is anything wrong with copying the first tour. They include tours but i suppose if you dont want to see one of the places in Germany (i say one becuase i think eeryone agrees it looks better to the Rotarians and 4 us too if we visit something in Germany. But we could change the other place in Germany like Dachstein. I think thats what it was called, it was a torture castle not really that interesting (i expected it to be better) so we could change that and go to another country and stay one night and then the tour could be in the bus and virtually we have more free time in this day.

Yeah ive been getting a few Emails from ppl and i have told them all its great u want to come now write on the forum. So they have to do that, then they can write their own phone numbers on here. I go this Friday to Travel Agencies again. So thats why im ringing Jan or/and Ina tonight to get the first Euro plan tour because neither has replied to the Email.

Sasha any word from Muhler, can you ring him if he is not answering your Email. Ill post his number on l8ter 2nite. after i spoke to Jan and/Ina. I think my host mum has it. He has superb english.

I wrote down the hostels Nancy wrote on here so im taking them in to the Travel Agency Friday and finding out if we can stay in there. Because we cant forget where we stay should be close to the cities we want to be seeing in the tour. We have to do tours okay, there is no way Rotary will let us do the Europe tour f it has no tours. Thats called a holiday not a tour. But dont worry we will have free time ofcourse. I dont think we will be sitting in a bus the whole time.

Ricardo do you think you could send Muhler another Email asking him for all the addresses for those inbound students who came in January. That would be great. The Agency should be able to give me info on bus drivers and the bus we will take etc. That doesnt matter im ringing the Thirys tonight or tommorow night they are retired rotarians who supervised the Germany tour. If you know any retired Rotarians in your club ask them if they interested in superising if we need them. If they are eager they will say yes if they say no they say no. But eeryone ask all the retired Rotarians in your clubs.

Also email the people who said maybe to coming in the list of email addresses that are shown below. The more people the cheaper and more fun. The faster we can organise it. Staying in hostels will hopefully minimise the €1500 by a little.
