Subject: The tour

Okie Dokies!!
Everyone knows that its impossible for us as exchange students to make this tour without Rotary supervisors right? Its forbidden. At my first Rotary meeting (that was for all of the inbounds) the director said it is a privelige to make the Europe tour not something that they will easily agree with. Because we are supposed to go to school and our exchange is to learn the German culture not to travel. (So we have to be careful) I suggested to Richard that a letter from his rotarians allowing it, is a good idea so we can show our clubs. (Evidence that we are organising it and its not a scheme or something dodgy) I am emailing Ina tonight to get the exact schedule information about the original tour. The €1500 is actually a very good price, i know it looks expensive but it must also include the hostels and guides for the tour. (My German parents said for the places it was going to because i have the list from Ina they thought ir was a good price) So ill find that out asap. Ill see if she can fax it to me and then ill post it on her for all of us to see. For those of us who want to tour in Germany as well it will look better to the Rotarians i was alreaady with Sasha on the German Tour. And if we all agree Berlin and Munich are good options, Heidelburg is also beautiful (in bavaria too). But when everyone writes entries on here then we can find out when and where we can all meet. Im so excited.
Ill be in touch!
Neetz
