Subject: Hi! When are we gonna do this?

Hey guys, wassup? Anita, it´s good to hear from you! Are you the one with the host parents that work in a travel agency? How far is everything then? Do we just need one Rotarian to come with us? I know some Rotexer who might be willing to come along, would that help? When are we gonna do this? Could it be from Sept.5 to Oct.3? We just need to start getting things settled! Everyone´s a bit too loose! Could I pls get an update of what´s going on? Anything would help!
