WIN FEES OFF STATE FINALS

SHINING STARS JACKPOT PHOTO CONTEST

JAN. 19-26

$25.00 could turn into Lots of $ off your entry!!

You may turn in up to 4 photo entries to be judged. (Natural and/or Glitz)

At your request, we are having a photo contest.
We will be accepting e-mailed and or regular mailed photo entries during these dates only. NO Late entries. There will be no refunds. Judges decisions are final.
Contest is open to boys and girls, babies to adults.
Judging
~ 0-25 Facial Beauty
~ 0-10 First Impression
~ 0-15 Overall Appearance
For a total of 50 points.
All ties will be broken by the facial beauty score.

There will be one winner for the natural photos and one winner for the glitz photos. The same person cannot win both Natural and Glitz. This gives more people a chance of winning.

Winners will receive ½ of the money that is sent in from the photo contest off their entry fee. The other ½ goes into having the state finals.

Runner-ups will receive money off his or her entry fee for the state finals that participate in the photo contest. Everyone wins some fees off state finals.

Please include Parent Name, Contestant Name, Age,
