Subject: Shining Stars Judges
There is a rumor going around that the one judge that lowballed most all of the girls at Shining Stars this weekend, is the director of Starwalk Pageants. THIS IS NOT TRUE. The starwalk director is from New York and was in that state this weekend. From what I understand the judge is one of the directors from one of the newer pageants that are coming to Michigan, but it is NOT Starwalks director.

I heard she is with the Miss Sparkle Success Pageant. It is based out of Lansing.

when she judged, and no, my daughter did not compete in any SS pageants before State. We had no idea who Terri even was.

How can 2 judges give a child almost perfect or perfect scores and then the 3rd one be in the 70-80 out of 100. The scores should of been thrown out, and just go by the other 2 judges. With the way this was run the one judge decided the outcome of the pageant. If she didnt like your child you got lowballed out of it. Messed up for sure!!!!

Don't forget they introduced the judges.. Melissa should have it all on video.... Just saying someone here could clear this up pretty quick.
