Hey Mike,
Housing: 10 gallon per 3-4 newts(Can be housed alone or with other newts, I suggest with the same breed)
Lighting: A low powered reptisun light or any light the has UV in it (Not fish lamps)
Filtration: Simple fish filter, or aquatic reptile filter(Snails for algae).
Heating: No heating is needed because they prefer cooler waters, 68 to 72 F.
Land and Decoration: Plants(Fake or Real) and rocks can be used for land, also they like a place to hide, so you can build or buy a place for them to hide in.
