A rare opportunity to acquire a portfolio @ 30 cents on the dollar!

Subject to prior sale or dispostion, there is a rear opportunity to work together to acquire a significant real estate portfolio at literally cents on the dollar in relationship to value.

This is a very quick inside deal and needs to be acted upon immediately.

We can arrange to bring in the dollars to close on the acquisition if you can come up with the dollars to cover pre closing costs.

This is a simple and quick deal.

1. Sign off on a confidentiality agreement.

2. We present a quick synopsis of how we are going to the deal.

3. If you like the deal, put up the cash so we can go make the deal happen. We prefer as close as possible to $ 100,000.00 but would be willing to accept cash in increments of $ 25,000.00.

4. We start to perform on the contract.

5. We lock in the deal via a letter of intent to acquire the portfolio subject to due dilignece review on the portfolio and review of supporting documentation.

6. We set up a closing date.

7. We bring in the dollars from offshore to close on the deal.

8. We repay your inital dollars as part of the cost recovery allowance on the transaction plus pay you a negotiable premium for the use of your money.

9. If you wish, you can stay in the deal with us, ride the upside or we can move on to the next deal for our mutual benefit.
