What makes a gutsy investment deal work?
It?s knowing how the deal can happen and what is needed to make it happen as well as have an exit strategy.
What?s it?s not about is the institutional mentality, ratios, credit or even the people.

As a bonus because you are our "active" business partner*, we can pass through to you certain tax benefits to the extent that they are available on a proportionate basis.
