Subject: working in ireland

Hi! I'm a nurse here in the PHilippines and I'm currently processing my an bord altranais registration.
i'm just curious about a few things.
1. how long does it take to process the registration?
2. i read an article (from http://www.asianpacificpost.comportal2ff808081144c4993011450bf7b02000d_Filipino_nurses_in_Ireland.do.html)
that working as a nurse in ireland isn't as good compared to other countries aroad, got any feedback regarding this?
3. how's the cost of living in ireland? is it really expensive?
