You are absolutely correct, they wont put up with low flying aircraft however they will accept out of control taxes, crime, politicians, etc... There are plenty of 8 and 9 story buildings in Newburgh. The UDC tower on Lake drive, St. Lukes, The belmont house, Must be a bitch to manuever around! Not looking for skyscrapers, however a 5to9 story building on the old consolidated property wouldn't be to bad. Tax revenue, whats that? we dont want that, it's productive.... mountains obstructing visibility what? when is the last time you flew in and out of stewart? When you take off the compass heading will be 270 west let me know what you see.
