Subject: File Notice of Claims

The City of Newburgh Corporation is still providing unsatisfactory services in street cleaning, repairs and replacement, absurd property tax increases, etc.

We urge ALL residents to file Notice of Claim forms against this corrupt City Corporation and its members on the above topics and also on the following:

The 41 % increase in property tax from 2009-2010 by demanding a 39% refund of the 41% increase since the Govenor has stated there is a 0-2% cap on tax increase and to pro rate the 0-2% increase for 2009-2010 and do the same for 2010-2011.

If you think you are over assessed and it is an absurd assessment from what you think you should be assessed, file a Notice of Claim for damages for the absurd assessment since they made them available for many websites to extract fraudulent prices that hurt you or may have hurt you in the future for having a hard time selling your home. Also subtract what you think your assessment should be from the absurd price and file a Notice of Claim for damages for that amount.

Watch your streets for services you are paying for and not getting by putting inconspicuous markers near the gutter where the street sweeper sweeps to see if they actually clean in front of your house, then at the end of the month file a Notice of Claim for a refund for the times they did not clean in front of your home and on the street.

Check your vehicle for front end alignment and struts since you drive over the pot hole infested City and if there is damage to your vehicle for that or whatever file a Notice of Claim to have your vehicle repaired from their slip shod maintanence program.

Have you not you had enough of these slum city politics.........
