Subject: The Christmas Tree on Broadway

Hi y'all,
Just one more lil' thing.
Has anyone else heard that Mr. Allan Atzrott, President & CEO of St. Luke's/Cornwall Hospital(s), has told Deputy Mayor Regina Angelo that he wants the Christmas tree to be in the lot next to DMV (our ole' beloved Woolworth's)?

As any true Newburghian remembers, driving or walking down Broadway at Holiday time, and seeing the tree with the river behind it evokes such memories.

I have gone with Deputy Mayor Angelo on may road trips to find the perfect tree for our city.

If y'all want to keep the tree at the foot of Broadway, PLEASE tell everyone you know!

See ya 'round the pool!
Mrs. Ewing
