The original board room table and chairs, fixtures, windows, staircase, and more! The building is a monument all by itself! Karpeles should be proud and congratulated for single handedly doing what all of Newburgh failed at. Karpeles actually preserved a great piece of architectural, Hudson Valley, Newburgh, New York and American history! The building is a modern miracle. I think of the Limelight Marketplace in Chelsea. They preserved the old church pretty much and turned it into a money making vital part of New York City. Now that's brains for ya. Here's Newburgh's really big chance to prove its worth. This is something to watch closely. Where this goes will wrap up this town one way or the other.
