I do believe ROFLMAO was referring to the eyesore empty building that's very visible from 9W and 84 where Jo-Ann's USED TO BE but COULDN'T survive in our affluent, artistic, creative and ambitious destination city. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

BTW Yes the topic was opened here a long time ago. Again proving it's not what's said but who it's said by that decides what floats and what doesn't around here. But that's really not the point. The point is the fact that business doesn't survive here because people support business like government supports the people.
