Why? Because CSEA promotes non workers. Because CSEA is biased. Because CSEA members who do not perform are defended anyway. Because CSEA emoloyees are not CSEA workers. They don't have to work. They just have to pay dues and they have a job as long as the do. In short CSEA promotes substandard performance. Is this what you want on your fire department when you have an emergency? The unions have outlived their purpose and have become detrimental to U.S. productivity. Like most beaurocracies unions stuff their pockets with cash, make it so employers can't afford to hire sufficient or competent staff, punish good workers who make other members look bad and threaten anybody who defies the union. Nonunion emoloyers tend to pay higher salaries, provide better benefits, guve incentive to want to work better because nonunion employers appreciate good work ethics. Unions don't know what ethics are.
