From the looks of things Newburgh is about to do what it always does with any important issue, let it get buried under something else. Attention Deficit. The news says Obama got info on this gang bust but he'll probably make all the members citizens as punishment. They'll come back to Newburgh and collect welfare. Meanwhile, some Newburghers will go on whining about how things aren't any good but they won't make an effort to change anything.

The 2010 census will come out. City Hall will report an under count because of illegals. The Times Herald Record will do a story about how difficult it is for Mexicans and Clinton, North Carolinians to make ends meet in Newburgh. The gangs will replace their losses. More people will be raped, mauled, beaten, shot, stabbed and murdered, the CT4's and Eastenders will bitch about bias, more "Historic" buildings will be demolished, more "churches" will open, more Muslims will be baptized, the NAGs will blow more hot air into the ozone layer, the "Trestle" mural will peel away and the beautiful stonework will return, more donations will be solicited from the DPPC and pissed into the "Polly" and life will be... NEWBURGH, NY.
